Job description

Our client, an exciting luxury and adventure travel operator is looking for a Head of Operations to help provide leadership for this fast growing company. This role will facilitate all operational aspects for the business and will be involved in the general management of the company.  Working closely with and reporting to the CEO, the role will be responsible for ensuring the business is properly resourced.  Responsibilities include providing clear internal communications and processes, ensuring all staff are aware of  the set company policies with an ultimate outcome of a positive working environment.  A good negotiator and commercially minded,  this role will liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure securing  the most favourable terms.   The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
