Our client, a large travel organisation, is looking to expand their Membership Services, Support team. This role will help support the key member accounts and the membership services team. The role responsibilities include providing daily administrative assistance with responsibilities including handling incoming emails and phone calls and collating reports. Good administrative skills are required to ensure the members’ documentation is up to date and correct, and will require the ability to take accurate minutes at meetings. The role will also help creatively in providing interesting content for the members. The business will be looking for a team player who is able to help ensure the membership services team meets and exceeds the agreed SLAs.
