Job description

Our client, a large travel organisation is looking to recruit an individual to help manage the enrolment of new trade members.   This role will be the main point of contact for new member applications – helping to convert applications to membership.   Responsibilities include assessing applications, making sure all  information is complete and accurate throughout the process.  The role will engage with the new applicants, guiding them through the process –  ensuring a high level of support,  from initial enquiry to active membership.  Also this opportunity will involve working closely with the membership and operations team ensuring efficient handover for new active members. Sales focussed,  the role will require a positive approach to new trade applicants – engaging in conversations and able to sell the benefits of joining.
