Our client, a long-established, independent tour operator is looking for an Operations Manager to join their small team of experts.  The company specialises in one destination – selling the region throughout the year, This is a new role and pivotal to the business. reporting to the managing director, the Operations Manager role will be very hands-on, leading the day-to-day running and providing exceptional operational leadership and support.  The ability to work within a small team is vital and understanding that the success of the company is based on providing a high level of service with a particular emphasis on attention to detail. Experience in leading small teams and understanding business processes, as well as personal integrity is essential.
