Job description

A rare opportunity has arisen to join this dynamic business in a senior role, based in the UK. This role is one of service leadership and our client is seeking an individual with a track record in the delivery of sales and service budgets. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Director will be joining at an exciting time of the company’s bounce back after the pandemic and will have overall responsibility for the management and delivery of all customer sales and service operations. As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving forward successfully on   strategy and policy for this dynamic international business.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in senior contact centre management, ideally in a senior sales role within the travel industry
  • Outstanding track record of sales target delivery

  • Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced, pressurised contact centre environment, with a strong track record in motivating and developing a team
  • Experience in managing budgets/ cost centres
  • Thorough understanding of travel technology and leading-edge customer sales tools
