This role will ensure the expected high standards of services are met and exceeded.  The Customer Service Manager will nurture and develop the reservations team, making sure that not only excellent relationship standards are met but also implementing sales skills to maximise the value of every sales.  Passionate for people with excellent attention to detail, this role will inspire the team – coach and develop each individual’s performance.
