Our client is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing all acquisition and retention campaigns across the brands and to build brand awareness through suitable partnerships. The Senior Marketing Manager is also responsible for the planning and implementation of consumer and trade PR for all brands, maintaining awareness of the brands among journalists, influencers and bloggers to maximise the generation of editorial coverage. This is a great time to join this business and be responsible for project managing the production process for the marketing department and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.   As an all-round marketing professional, you will thrive being in a busy environment – working across departments in a matrix international business and will have a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing campaigns above the line  – these will include print advertising, TV / Radio, digital, events, partnerships as well as creating and delivering highly effective CRM campaigns.

  • A proven track record as a marketing professional gained within a travel environment
  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns, including press, PPC, paid social media and CRM (DM and EDM)
  • Degree in a related marketing or communications field, combined with previous related experience in a marketing management role within the travel industry.  Ideally the candidate will also hold a postgraduate marketing qualification from a recognised body such as CIM or ID
  • Experience of working in a matrix international environment delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns
  • A sound and thorough knowledge of all print production processes and a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
  • A proven brand champion with ability to set measurable marketing strategies including CRM
  • Excellent budgetary and forecasting skills – as well as good analytical skills
  • Highly numerate and commercial with a passion for delivery effective and measurable marketing campaigns
  • Proven man management and leadership skills.   Excellent relationship management skills.
