About the Role
Our client UTC Travel – a fast-growing, innovative player in the employee benefits and travel space is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale their B2B sales efforts. This hybrid role (Leeds-based office) offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial growth of a disruptive brand transforming how employers reward their teams.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO and offers both strategic and tactical scope – from refining go-to-market strategy to closing major partnerships and growing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the B2B sales strategy across SME and enterprise segments
- Manage and grow both inbound and outbound sales teams
- Build and nurture partnerships with HR leaders, benefit platforms, and industry brokers
- Own commercial forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success

Ideal Candidate

- Has experience and has been successful in B2B sales, ideally within employee benefits, HR tech, SaaS, or travel
- Brings a proven ability to build relationships and close deals with HR and reward decision-makers
- Has experience growing and coaching sales teams in fast-paced environments
- Is both strategic and hands-on, combining analytical thinking with a drive to deliver results
- Understands large corporate businesses and also Thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
