Technological improvements have allowed us to connect faster to the people and things we love most. For businesses that are hiring social media can provide a leg up in the hiring process. But have we forgotten the traditional word-of-mouth marketing method? In the recruitment world attracting the right candidates can be difficult. While using social media may be advantageous, you may be surprised at some of the new innovate ways (or traditional ways) recruitment agencies are using to recruit the right candidates.
