Our client, an independent specialist tour operator, is searching for a part-time personal assistant and customer support executive to join their team. This is a hybrid role, mainly working from home with occasional days in the Surrey-based office, the role will help support the Director and team. This role will also be responsible for amending websites and sourcing content for email marketing promotions. Other responsibilities include assisting clients post-booking, arranging “add-ons” and special occasion gifts for clients and organising and monitoring client feedback. The role will work with their CRM database. so good knowledge of CRM systems is vital, ideally Axum. Experience in MS Office is essential.
