We are managing an exciting new opportunity with a tourism destination.  Our client is looking for an Admin and Marketing Coordinator for their small London-based office. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this role will support the full team as well as have marketing responsibilities, including assisting on both B2C & B2B marketing campaigns and coordinating events.   The role will also coordinate administrative tasks with the head office, based abroad.  The role will manage the CRM database tools and the team’s travel & expenses. Other responsibilities will include handling general inquiries, and liaising with facilities management and other external partners.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including some local and limited international travel when required.
