This is a great opportunity to join a luxury travel business as the Customer Sales Director – B2C.  This is a senior role and will report to the Managing Director.  Strategically minded, the role’s responsibilities will include developing consumer sales strategies, driving a high-functioning sales team, analyzing sales data, and reporting results to the senior leadership team.  A strong leader, working in a collaborative environment, this role will provide coaching and mentoring when required to ensure that the sales team has the latest skills to achieve the set targets. This role is target-driven and revenue focus able to motivate people at all levels to achieve the business goals.  Good knowledge of luxury travel is beneficial.
