  • Management of the website, including layout/design, content refresh, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Regular review of market pricing and evaluation of the competitive landscape.
  • Daily management of sales inquiries and bookings, converting leads into business.

  • Provision of concierge services if requested, offering tailored itineraries and suggestions.
  • Ensuring excellent service standards at each property through local property managers.
  • Management of relationships with local property managers, including service requirements and pricing.
