Job description

Our client, an award-winning media business,  is looking for an established sales and partnerships professional, to join their team.   This role will be results-focused,  working on influencing clients to buy into relevant campaigns and solutions. Working with the partnerships team the role will help identify and grow market share and increase the retention targets.  Other responsibilities include building a pipeline of opportunities identifying new business leads and developing strong relationships with existing and new clients.   The role requires monitoring and reporting the average order values, client retention rates and market share every week and quarter to the Sales Director. This role will require travelling to key events across the UK and Internationally when required.

  • Experienced working with SalesForce to create reports, and sales processes and measure company-wide and weekly/quarterly sales performance as requested by the Sales Director
  • Good experience in achieving personal sales targets and media campaigns that have delivered positive solid outcomes for the client base
  • Able to be completely client results-focused with the ability to influence clients to buy outcome-focused solutions/campaigns to grow market share and increase company and individual client retention targets
  • A demonstrable understanding of the value of online media, data segmentation and creative event formats to support a B2B audience
  • A high level of confidence, including the ability to hold high-level conversations with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • An excellent understanding of value-led, consultative sales practices and processes to drive new business and client retention goals
  • A shared passion for responsible travel and supporting a fully diverse and inclusive sector
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present to groups, creating high-impact partnership presentations
  • The ability to prioritise, negotiate and meet deadlines
